Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations and drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Coach and mentor retail associates in real-time, providing immediate support and performance feedback

- Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Enthusiasm for fashion retail and the Tommy Hilfiger brand aesthetic
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday periods

Experience
