Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and drive sales performance at its Fort Worth store location. This leadership role encompasses opening and closing responsibilities, real-time coaching of retail associates, inventory management, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand's iconic American aesthetic. The Floor Supervisor will serve as a key holder and brand ambassador, balancing customer engagement with operational excellence under the Store Manager's direction.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by driving daily sales goals and supporting the creation of a motivating and inclusive team environment
• Take ownership of opening and closing store operations and maintain key holder responsibilities
• Coach retail associates in real-time and resolve issues on the sales floor independently
• Energize customer interactions with warm, helpful engagement that inspires sales and builds brand loyalty
• Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and perform cashiering duties
• Promote brand vision, campaigns, and product launches to customers and team members
• Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional in-store experiences and maintaining brand standards

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required; demonstrated success in a fast-paced retail environment with a proven track record of driving sales performance and coaching associates.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
