Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of store team members in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers
- Conduct strategic business analysis and planning; communicate operational opportunities and insights with senior leadership
- Drive top-line sales results and manage controllable expenses while maintaining profitability
- Oversee store operational functions including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control
- Implement loss prevention protocols and train team on security and merchandise protection techniques
- Direct payroll planning and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgetary constraints
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences; inspire and coach team members through in-the-moment coaching and mentorship
- Execute visual merchandising standards, including processing, restocking, and remerchandising according to brand guidelines
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers and internal teams
- Enforce company policies and procedures; maintain high operational standards across all store functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Store Manager or equivalent senior retail leadership role
- Demonstrated key holder responsibilities and experience managing P&L
- Strong track record of team development and talent management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership ability to think strategically and resolve complex operational issues in real time
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
