Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Store Manager to lead retail operations across a designated location. The role encompasses full responsibility for sales performance, staff recruitment and development, store maintenance and visual presentation, expense control, inventory management, and loss prevention. The Store Manager will drive strategic initiatives to exceed business targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and brand representation consistent with Tommy Hilfiger's accessible luxury positioning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and maximize store sales and profitability while minimizing shrinkage and losses
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing sales and management staff
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance to brand specifications
- Oversee customer service standards and ensure consistent brand experience across the sales floor
- Manage all controllable expenses and payroll allocation
- Conduct inventory management, including receiving, shipping, and merchandise transfers
- Implement and monitor Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program
- Analyze inventory performance, identify top sellers and slow-moving items
- Attend mall or shopping center management meetings and build community partnerships
- Maintain security awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Mentor and develop associates across product knowledge, merchandising, operations, and sales
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a leadership role
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Experience
Retail management experience required, preferably in a comparable department store or lifestyle brand retail environment with multi-staff leadership responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certification preferred.
