Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue and profit while minimizing losses and ensuring impeccable store appearance and maintenance
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals and sales targets
- Oversee customer service standards and ensure exceptional guest experience at all times
- Hire, train, motivate and supervise management and sales staff who embody the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
- Manage controllable expenses including payroll allocation and inventory shrinkage

- Execute visual merchandising strategy, markdowns, and re-merchandising as needed

- Attend mall/center management meetings and establish partnerships with local community and corporate partners
- Maintain security, safety awareness, and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Represent Tommy Hilfiger through professional appearance and conduct; lead by example
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a multi-unit or high-volume store environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a full-line or specialty apparel environment. Prior experience managing teams of 10 or more associates and achieving sales targets is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or retail management certification is preferred.
