Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and employ successful link-selling techniques to drive business performance
- Outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations whilst driving store KPIs
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador and maintain keen interest in current fashion and market trends
- Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization standards are met appropriately
- Display flexibility and innovation when reacting to changing business environments, particularly during peak trading periods
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Serve as first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer inquiries
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information regarding product features
