Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Sales Advisor for its Roermond outlet store to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury retail environment. The role combines brand ambassadorship with consultative selling, requiring proficiency in outfit composition, product knowledge, and customer relationship management to achieve store KPIs and maintain merchandising standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and employ successful link-selling techniques to drive business growth
• Compose outfits for customers and make targeted product recommendations aligned with store KPI objectives
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to cultivate a loyal clientele base
• Serve as a brand ambassador, staying current with fashion trends and market developments
• Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization meet brand standards
• Display flexibility and innovation in response to evolving business conditions, particularly during peak trading periods
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for discount authorization and issue resolution
• Assess customer needs and deliver comprehensive product information and styling guidance

Compensation
