Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador and embody its values within the store environment
- Deliver expert product knowledge and personalized sales consultation to customers in the premium segment
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and returning clients through exceptional service
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle customer complaints and returns professionally
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain compelling product displays and contribute to store aesthetic excellence
- Work independently and as part of the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Qualifications
- Preferred prior experience in textiles retail or premium fashion retail
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to close transactions
