Tommy Hilfiger is recruiting a flexible part-time Retail Sales Associate for its Oberhausen store. The successful candidate will embody the brand's premium lifestyle values, deliver personalized customer consultation, and drive sales through exceptional service within the luxury fashion retail environment. The role encompasses point-of-sale operations, visual merchandising collaboration, and customer relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador and embody its values within the store environment
- Deliver expert product knowledge and personalized sales consultation to customers in the premium segment
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and returning clients through exceptional service
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle customer complaints and returns professionally
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain compelling product displays and contribute to store aesthetic excellence
- Work independently and as part of the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Qualifications
- Preferred prior experience in textiles retail or premium fashion retail
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to close transactions
