PVH seeks a part-time Retail Sales Associate for its Tommy Hilfiger store in Freiburg. The ideal candidate will deliver premium customer service and create exceptional shopping experiences for clients in the lifestyle segment. Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador in-store
- Deliver informed, consultative sales of collections to discerning clientele
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and established customers
- Work independently and collaboratively within the sales team
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on product presentation and display
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage customer complaints and returns
Qualifications
- Prior experience in textile or luxury retail (preferred)
