PVH seeks a part-time Mini-Jobber to join the Tommy Hilfiger retail team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences within the premium lifestyle segment through personal and professional consultative selling. The successful candidate will represent the brand authentically, manage sales transactions, build client relationships, and collaborate on visual merchandising initiatives within the store environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the premium Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador with authentic and professional presence
- Execute competent sales of collections with a focus on consultative selling to premium segment customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients through personalized service
- Execute independent work within the sales team while maintaining teamwork and accountability
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on product presentation and store displays
- Process point-of-sale transactions and manage customer complaints and resolution efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in textile retail or fashion-focused retail environments preferred
- Demonstrated high sales acumen and customer engagement capability
- Strong motivational and self-assured personality with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Team player with hands-on mentality and collaborative work ethic
Skills
Experience
Ideally first experience in textile retail, though not strictly required. Demonstrated sales orientation and customer service experience valued.
Education
