PVH is recruiting a part-time Retail Sales Associate for its Tommy Hilfiger store in Essen, Germany. The successful candidate will represent the premium Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle brand, deliver consultative sales of seasonal collections, and cultivate relationships with established and new clientele in a fast-paced retail environment. The role encompasses cash operations, complaint resolution, merchandise presentation collaboration, and autonomous teamwork within the store's sales unit.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle identity to clientele
- Execute consultative sales of seasonal collections with professionalism and market understanding
- Cultivate and manage relationships with both established and prospective customers
- Operate independently within the sales team structure and contribute to collective objectives
