PVH is recruiting apprentices for a three-year Retail Sales apprenticeship programme across its Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores in Nuremberg, Germany, commencing August 2026. The role combines on-floor retail operations with structured vocational training, equipping apprentices with expertise in premium styling consultation, product knowledge, merchandise care, and visual presentation. Successful candidates will complete approximately one-and-a-half to two days per week of theory-based instruction at vocational college, supplemented by internal coaching sessions, ultimately leading to a recognized qualification and potential for permanent employment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer styling consultations and personalized shopping experiences in-store
- Master and apply comprehensive product knowledge across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein collections
- Execute professional merchandise presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain and care for store inventory according to brand guidelines
- Participate in vocational training courses held at partner institutions one-and-a-half to two days weekly
- Attend internal coaching sessions to consolidate theoretical and practical skills
- Collaborate effectively with store team members and management
- Support daily retail operations and stock management
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), vocational college entry qualification (Fachabitur), or Abitur
