PVH seeks apprentices to train as retail sales professionals at Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores in Hannover, beginning August 2026. Over two to three years, trainees develop expertise in premium customer consultation, product knowledge, merchandise care, and visual presentation. The programme combines hands-on retail experience with formal vocational study and internal coaching, culminating in a recognized apprenticeship certification and a secure employment pathway.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer consultation and styling advice aligned with brand standards
- Master product knowledge, merchandise care, and maintenance protocols across collections
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to optimize store aesthetics
- Participate in daily retail operations and point-of-sale transactions
- Attend vocational education classes 1.5–2 days per week concurrent with on-site training
