Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to lead store-floor operations as key holder and leader on duty, drive sales, coach associates and support the management team. The role also includes customer engagement, brand advocacy, inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance and coach associates in real time.
- Support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Energize customer interactions with a warm, helpful approach that sparks conversation, inspires sales and builds brand affinity.
- Stay current on campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the cash register.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization and excellent time-management skills.
- Confidence in leading by example, resolving issues in the moment and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder.
