Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and drive sales performance on the shop floor. The role combines customer experience excellence, team coaching, inventory management, and brand representation within a part-time capacity at the Cincinnati location. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager by opening/closing procedures, real-time associate coaching, and maintaining the standards of this iconic American lifestyle brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach retail associates in real-time on the sales floor, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Execute opening and closing store procedures, including key holder responsibilities
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, perform cashiering, and manage point-of-sale operations
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly while supporting Store Manager in daily operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Radiate brand pride and commitment through engagement with customers and associates
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leadership and key holder experience required
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and brand representation
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
