PVH seeks a flexible part-time Retail Associate to join the Tommy Hilfiger store in Munich. The role offers the opportunity to represent a global premium lifestyle brand whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador within the retail environment
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized sales consultation to clients in the premium segment
- Build and maintain relationships with new and established clientele through exceptional service
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain compelling product displays and store presentation
- Work independently and as part of a cohesive retail sales team to meet performance objectives
Qualifications
- First experience in textile retail or premium consumer goods sales preferred
- Strong sales acumen and client engagement capability
