Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote the brand on the sales floor at its Livermore, California location. The successful candidate will engage customers with energy and expertise, process inventory, restock merchandise, and operate point-of-sale systems while embodying the brand's accessible luxury positioning and American aesthetic.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with warm, helpful service that inspires conversation and drives sales
- Promote Tommy Hilfiger campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain merchandising standards
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with Store Management team and fellow associates
- Demonstrate brand pride and commitment to customer satisfaction
