Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Retail Associate for its Alpenrhein Outlet store in Switzerland. The successful candidate will represent the premium lifestyle brand, deliver expert consultative selling to clientele, and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience. Responsibilities include product sales, customer relationship building, visual merchandising collaboration, point-of-sale operations, and complaint resolution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the premium Tommy Hilfiger brand through professional and authentic engagement with customers
- Conduct consultative sales of Tommy Hilfiger collections to premium-segment customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Operate independently within the sales team while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on store presentation and product displays
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process customer complaints
Qualifications
- Preferably prior retail experience in textiles or fashion
- Demonstrated sales affinity and strong interpersonal communication skills
