Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve customer service, sales, and profitability objectives
- Support the management team by overseeing personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes and store results

Qualifications
- Proven track record in supervisory or specialist retail roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Previous people management experience with demonstrated conflict resolution capabilities
- Strong communicative abilities with proven relationship-building skills
