Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory replenishment and ensure merchandise is stocked to appropriate levels on the sales floor
- Oversee stockroom organization and maintain store fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness standards
- Execute opening and closing checklists and prepare the store for business operations
- Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and report unusual activity to management
- Operate point-of-sale register transactions and reconcile cash, including refunds, exchanges, and store credits
- Assist in developing and mentoring junior Sales Associates
- Comply with visual presentation standards and execute markdowns and re-merchandising as needed
- Lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Attend staff meetings and participate in Take 5 meetings as required
- Maintain professional appearance and represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds consistently
- Capability to stand for extended periods throughout shifts
- Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
- Strong loss prevention awareness and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work rotating hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Proven retail or stockroom experience with demonstrated ability to manage inventory operations and support retail sales environments. Experience in a supervisory or lead capacity is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
