Role & Responsibilities
- Execute consistent and accurate merchandise replenishment across the sales floor and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Perform cash handling responsibilities including register operations, reconciliations, refunds, exchanges, and safe fund audits
- Lead and mentor Sales Associates in stock operations and loss prevention procedures
- Ensure visual presentation standards are met and store fixtures are maintained to brand specifications
- Conduct opening and closing checklist duties and prepare store for daily operations
- Monitor sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and report unusual activity to management
- Execute markdowns and merchandise repositioning as directed
- Attend and participate in staff and safety briefings
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct consistent with Tommy Hilfiger brand image
- Support overall store performance by demonstrating awareness of sales plans and individual contribution to business results
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail stock or inventory management within a luxury or accessible fashion retail environment
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate peer-level associates
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational tasks
- Knowledge of loss prevention procedures and retail security protocols
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling protocols
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of progressive retail stock or inventory management experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity within a fast-paced retail environment. Experience with grand openings or new store launches is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); retail management certification or related coursework preferred but not required.
