Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service Standards and generate maximum sales potential
- Maintain product replenishment and ensure sales floor merchandise is filled to appropriate levels
- Execute visual presentation standards and maintain store organization, fixtures, and cleanliness
- Manage cash register transactions including refunds, exchanges, credits, gift cards, and daily reconciliation
- Monitor sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention; report unusual internal or external activity to management
- Execute opening and closing checklists and perform authorized media reconciliation tasks
- Assist in developing Sales Associates and mentor team members on brand standards
- Attend Take 5 meetings and participate in staff meetings as required
- Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and individual contribution to business results
Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale register operations
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of promotions and special events
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and organize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
Experience
Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity within a retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
