Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through consistent execution of customer service standards
- Build and maintain repeat customer base through effective use of mailing lists and customer relationship strategies
- Monitor sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention; report unusual internal or external activity to management
- Execute opening and closing procedures including checklists and register reconciliation
- Perform authorized register transactions including refunds, exchanges, store credits, gift cards, and cash management
- Maintain product knowledge regarding inventory, promotions, and special events to enhance selling effectiveness
- Ensure consistent and accurate product replenishment on the sales floor and compliance with visual presentation standards
- Assist in executing markdowns, floor moves, and inventory adjustments as directed
- Acknowledge and prioritize customer service over assigned tasks; maintain zone coverage
- Attend daily launch meetings and quarterly staff meetings; support staff training and development when needed
- Adhere to personal appearance standards and Tommy Hilfiger brand representation guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum six months of sales associate experience (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate cash registers and office computers
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects, stretch, bend, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel

Minimum of six months as a Sales Associate is preferred but not required; however, demonstrated retail experience and proven customer service excellence are valued.
