Tommy Hilfiger Lead Sales Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales potential while executing Tommy Hilfiger customer service standards and building repeat customer relationships through excellent data capture and service
• Provide consistent and excellent customer service to all shoppers, treating customers and staff members with fairness and maintaining zone coverage
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge regarding merchandise, promotions, and special events to facilitate effective selling conversations
• Manage cash responsibilities including all register transactions, refunds, exchanges, store credits, gift cards, and cash reconciliation between cashiers
• Ensure merchandise is consistently replenished to appropriate levels on the sales floor and comply with visual presentation standards
• Execute markdowns and re-merchandising as needed while maintaining store organization and cleanliness
• Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention concerns and communicate any unusual activity to management
• Execute opening and closing checklists as directed to ensure the store is prepared for business
• Participate in staff meetings and Take 5 briefings as required
• Assist in developing and mentoring Sales Associates and demonstrate professional conduct representing the Tommy Hilfiger brand

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly
• Strong cash handling and register operation experience
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to work rotating hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred; experience in a lead or supervisory capacity is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business education is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.92 to USD 22.24 per hour.
