Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent Tommy Hilfiger customer service in accordance with company standards
- Generate maximum sales potential and build repeat customer base through excellent data capture and client service
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge regarding merchandise, promotions, and special events to enhance customer engagement
- Monitor assigned zones, acknowledge every customer, and prioritize customer interactions over assigned tasks
- Replenish merchandise to appropriate levels on the sales floor while maintaining visual presentation standards
- Execute opening and closing checklists and operational duties as directed by store management
- Operate point-of-sale register transactions including refunds, exchanges, store credits, gift cards, and cash pulls
- Reconcile media and cash transactions, including register count-downs and safe fund verification
- Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention concerns and report unusual activity to management
- Maintain store visual standards and appearance while ensuring fixtures and cleanliness are impeccably maintained
- Assist in developing and mentoring junior sales associates
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandising as needed to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain awareness of store sales plans and individual contribution to business results
- Attend store meetings and safety briefings as required
Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Cash handling experience and proficiency
- Point-of-sale system experience
- Strong loss prevention awareness

Experience
