Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the brand's 'Spirited Service' standards to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise
- Deliver efficient and courteous service at the cash counter with accuracy and attention to detail
- Implement and maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for the sales floor and back room
- Review visual presentation standards continuously to ensure clear and consistent execution reflecting the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
- Partner with stock associates to ensure all merchandise processes—including shipping, receiving, stocking, replenishment, and visual display—are performed according to procedures and best practices
- Evaluate product performance, pricing, sell-through rates, and inventory levels using merchandise-related reports
- Support store management in achieving sales generation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform various operational activities as assigned by the Store Manager or Manager on duty
- Contribute to team environment by fostering energy and excitement around shared goals, acting with integrity and flexibility
Qualifications
- Minimum six months of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a retail environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capacity to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom; ability to lift heavy objects
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and office computers
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs

Experience
Minimum six months of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a retail environment or customer-facing retail role.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
