Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Tommy Hilfiger customer service standards consistently and professionally
- Manage all register transactions including refunds, exchanges, gift cards, and cash reconciliation
- Maintain merchandise on sales floor at appropriate stock levels and ensure visual presentation compliance
- Develop and build repeat customer base through excellent data capture and service delivery

- Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and report unusual activity to management
- Execute opening and closing checklist duties to ensure store readiness for business
- Support the development and training of Sales Associates
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual distinctiveness to brand standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift minimum 40 pounds regularly
- Capacity to stand for extended periods during shifts
