Lead Cashier at Tommy Hilfiger in Roermond, Netherlands – Supervise operations, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales volume and contribute to overall revenue generation
  • Supervise the cash register area effectively, ensuring consistent customer and associate engagement
  • Execute management-level cash register functions per company policy with accuracy in all paperwork
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Sales Associates to meet departmental standards
  • Motivate and develop associates to achieve performance goals and objectives
  • Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with division philosophy and brand direction
  • Replenish merchandise on a timely basis and maintain inventory control
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professional image, teamwork, and sound judgment
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work flexibly across rotating hours as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory shrinkage improvement programs
  • Maintain store appearance and execute divisional marketing directives
