Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales volume through effective customer service and sales techniques
- Oversee cash register operations and management-level functions including returns, exchanges, voids, and tender reporting
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with division philosophy and ensure timely merchandise replenishment
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Sales Associates
- Execute inventory shrinkage improvement programs and maintain accuracy in all paperwork
- Motivate and develop associates to meet store goals and objectives
- Demonstrate professional image, conduct, and effective communication both written and verbal
- Maintain store appearance reflecting division standards and execute floor plans and guidelines
- Lead by example and demonstrate sound judgment while working flexibly with rotating hours
- Complete applicable sections of management training program
Qualifications
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
- Knowledge of retail merchandise, sales floor organization, and stockroom operations
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
- Ability to execute management-level register functions per company policy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Professional appearance and conduct consistent with brand standards

Experience
