Stockroom Specialist at Tommy Hilfiger Istanbul - Full-time retail operations role managing store inventory, merchandise flow, and stockroom operations for PVH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and ship merchandise and materials accurately according to established procedures
- Track shipments and coordinate internal stock transfers, resolving any delays or discrepancies
- Control the quantity and quality of incoming merchandise upon receipt
- Process and distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Distribute products to the sales floor and manage returns to maintain complete size range assortment
- Support Sales Associates with restocking and merchandise presentation on the sales floor
- Organize and maintain the stockroom in an efficient and functional manner
- Ensure compliance with inventory management systems and PVH operational standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar stockroom or warehouse role within the retail sector
- Proficiency with IT tools and inventory management systems
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Ability to work shift schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Proactive and dynamic approach to problem-solving
