Tommy Hilfiger Istanbul seeks an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to design compelling displays and optimize retail presentations at our Outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate continuously with Headquarters Visual Merchandising department to align with brand strategy and messaging
- Create and update window displays and in-store exhibitions that faithfully represent brand aesthetics and current campaign messaging
- Ensure full product availability and accessibility by completing missing sizes and rotating stock strategically
- Optimize store layout according to Retail and Merchandise Management requirements to maximize sales performance
- Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating passion for the Tommy Hilfiger brand and supporting store and corporate objectives
- Maintain current knowledge of incoming products and present them appropriately to customers in alignment with visual strategies
- Provide inventory rotation recommendations through KPI analysis to highlight specific products and enhance visual efficacy
- Execute product rotation to optimize space utilization and amplify visual impact across retail areas
- Share and compare visual merchandising strategies with colleagues to foster collaborative excellence
- Monitor sales campaigns, promotions, and market trends to ensure displays remain current and competitive
- Provide support during renovations and new store openings, assisting other locations with proper setup and execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured retail environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated sensitivity to product quality and genuine passion for fashion
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Fluent proficiency in Turkish
