Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPI targets through strategic business planning
  • Analyze sales reports and market data to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities

  • Assume responsibility for shipping, receiving, loss prevention, physical security, and cash controls
  • Optimize store scheduling to align staffing levels with business demands and budget constraints
  • Implement and maintain merchandising directives and visual brand standards
  • Partner with buying, merchandising, logistics, and retail leadership to ensure appropriate product assortment
  • Recruit, train, and develop store teams; create succession plans using digital and physical training methods
  • Set clear performance objectives, evaluate manager performance, and provide ongoing feedback
  • Address human resources matters in a timely manner and collaborate with HR on staffing structure optimization
