Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Chief of Staff and Founder's Office across all day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and travel logistics
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, follow-up notes, and action-item tracking across all areas
- Assist with preparation and execution of meetings, appearances, press opportunities, events, and special projects
- Coordinate product orders, personal requests, and gifting logistics; provide on-site event support as needed
- Compile credits, summaries, and documentation for editorial, event, and recap reporting
- Maintain trackers and organized systems to ensure leadership visibility and cross-team alignment
- Support communication flow between the Founder's Office, internal teams, and external stakeholders including press, agencies, and vendors
- Process vendor invoices, expense tracking, and budget housekeeping; ensure timely payment reconciliation and follow-up
- Manage office supplies and operational needs for the Founder's Office
- Coordinate with executive assistants and junior external contacts across leadership teams
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in fashion, luxury, media, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar discipline
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, tone, and brand DNA
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, service-oriented, and resourceful approach to problem-solving
