Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Floor Supervisor in Waterloo, NY to lead retail operations, coach associates, and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach retail associates on the sales floor, modeling exemplary customer service and brand engagement
- Open and close store operations, including cash handling, security protocols, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Drive daily sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation aligned with brand guidelines
- Process incoming inventory, restock merchandise, and conduct regular stock audits
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Support the Store Manager in delivering a motivating, inclusive team environment
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and company values to customers and associates
- Manage flexible scheduling including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail team leader or key holder in a supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and brand representation
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and resolve issues independently
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of driving sales performance, managing store operations, and fostering high-performing teams in a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management training or certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 24.25 per hour.
