Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations and drive performance against store sales goals
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time, modeling excellent customer service
- Execute opening and closing duties, including till management and security protocols
- Process incoming inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Engage customers authentically to build brand loyalty and generate sales

Qualifications
- Proven retail team leadership and key holder experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience in a fast-paced environment required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
