Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales goals and performance metrics while leading the sales floor team
- Open and close the store as key holder, ensuring adherence to operational protocols and security procedures
- Coach and supervise retail associates in real-time, providing guidance on customer service and brand representation
- Process incoming inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual displays consistent with brand standards
- Process customer transactions at point-of-sale and ensure accurate cashiering
- Actively engage customers to build brand loyalty and inspire sales through authentic product knowledge
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an inclusive, motivating team environment
- Address and resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor brand campaigns and product launches to ensure effective customer communication
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and manage operational responsibilities independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
