Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards at a retail location. The successful candidate will lead daily sales operations, mentor associates in real-time, manage store opening and closing procedures, and drive sales performance under Store Manager guidance. This role requires strong leadership presence, operational expertise, and a passion for the Tommy Hilfiger brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations and drive sales performance toward store targets
- Deliver warm, engaging customer interactions that inspire brand loyalty and sales conversions
- Open and close the store, maintaining all operational and security protocols
- Coach and mentor retail associates in real-time, modelling brand standards and service excellence
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual presentation standards
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and provide cashier support as needed
- Support the Store Manager in creating a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to customers
Qualifications
- Prior retail leadership and key holder experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues in the moment
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Passion for the Tommy Hilfiger brand and Americana lifestyle aesthetic

Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successfully managing retail operations, coaching associates, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
