Role & Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales performance and achievement of store targets
- Lead and coach retail associates on the sales floor, providing real-time support and guidance
- Open and close the store, ensuring security and operational readiness

- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Education
