Tommy Hilfiger seeks a dynamic Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor and support store operations in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role involves driving daily sales performance, coaching retail associates in real time, managing store opening and closing procedures, and serving as a brand ambassador for the iconic American lifestyle brand. The successful candidate will combine strong operational management with frontline retail expertise, maintaining brand standards while fostering an inclusive and motivating team environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales floor team, coaching associates in real time and by example to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service
• Open and close the store, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and brand standards
• Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual presentation standards across the sales floor
• Manage cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and basic cashiering duties
• Resolve customer and associate issues promptly, escalating complex concerns to store management as needed
• Conduct floor walks to monitor brand compliance, product placement, and store cleanliness
• Support the Store Manager in developing associate performance and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader or key holder experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead by example
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience required. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and managing retail associates in a fast-paced environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
