Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales floor team, coaching associates in real time and by example to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service
- Open and close the store, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and brand standards
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual presentation standards across the sales floor

- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
