Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales associates on the retail floor, driving daily sales goals and team performance
- Open and close the store, managing key-holder duties and ensuring operational compliance
- Coach and mentor sales associates in real-time, modeling excellent customer service and brand knowledge
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and manage stock organization
- Deliver warm, personalized customer interactions that inspire product interest and build brand loyalty
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives to customers
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash management procedures
- Support Store Manager in maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, and a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key-holder experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and sales
- Proven ability to lead by example and resolve issues proactively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts

Experience
Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder, with demonstrated track record in driving sales and coaching associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management training or certification preferred.
