Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Floor Supervisor to lead daily sales-floor activity, open and close the store, coach associates, support store operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role includes a flexible schedule with night, weekend, and holiday availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage sales and build brand affinity.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and performance.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay current on campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and operate the cash register.
- Support daily store operations and help create a motivating, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
