Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily sales floor operations, driving performance against sales targets and KPIs
- Open and close the store, managing key holder responsibilities and ensuring security protocols
- Coach, mentor, and provide real-time guidance to retail associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm, engaging interactions that build brand loyalty and drive conversion

Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader or key holder experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve customer and operational issues in the moment
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience in a customer-facing retail environment; demonstrated success coaching associates and managing floor operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
