Tommy Hilfiger seeks a passionate Floor Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead daily sales operations at a retail location. This part-time leadership role involves opening and closing store duties, coaching retail associates, driving sales performance, and upholding brand standards under the guidance of the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will combine strong retail leadership experience with genuine enthusiasm for the brand and demonstrated ability to create motivating team environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales floor operations, including opening and closing store procedures
- Drive daily sales goals and monitor team performance metrics
- Provide real-time coaching and mentoring to retail associates on customer service and sales techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers warmly and authentically
- Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain store organization standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cashier duties as needed
- Promote brand campaigns, new product launches, and Tommy Hilfiger brand vision to customers
- Support Store Manager in maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Model brand pride, commitment, and passion in all customer and team interactions
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader or key holder experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve issues independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in leading retail teams, managing floor operations, and delivering strong customer service in fast-paced retail environments.
Education
