Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor in Niagara-on-the-Lake to lead daily sales-floor operations, open and close the store, coach associates, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role also supports inventory processing, replenishment, and cashiering, and includes a flexible schedule with night, weekend, and holiday availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience and uphold the brand’s standards.
- Drive daily sales goals and help create a motivating, inclusive team environment.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance, coach associates in real time, and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay informed about new campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register, and support other sales-floor tasks.
Qualifications
- Friendly, organized, and excellent at time management.
- Confident leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about the brand’s goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
