Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the retail sales floor and uphold brand standards at the Louisville location. This part-time role combines customer experience expertise with operational leadership, including key holder responsibilities for opening and closing procedures, real-time associate coaching, inventory processing, cashiering, and sales performance tracking under store management guidance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations and drive achievement of sales goals through team coordination and performance monitoring
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm, engaging interactions that inspire brand loyalty and drive conversions
• Execute opening and closing store procedures as a key holder, ensuring security and operational integrity
• Coach and support retail associates in real-time, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
• Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visual presentation standards across the sales floor
• Perform cashiering and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy
• Communicate brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers and team members
• Collaborate with store management to maintain a motivating and inclusive team environment
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures throughout all shifts

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve operational issues in real-time
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as scheduled

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail leadership or supervisory capacity, including key holder and team management responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
