The role includes competitive pay of $18.10–$23.35, with individual compensation depending on qualifications, geographic location, and relevant skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience and uphold the brand’s standards on the sales floor and behind the scenes.
- Drive daily sales goals and support a motivating, inclusive team environment.
- Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance, coach associates in real time, and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and operate the cash register.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
- Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.

- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
