Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to lead daily sales-floor activity, serve as key holder and leader on duty, coach associates, support store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires prior retail team-leader and key-holder experience and includes a pay range of $18.10–$23.35 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, helpful customer experience that encourages conversation, inspires sales and builds brand loyalty.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
- Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay informed about the latest campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the cash register.
- Promote the brand with pride, commitment and enthusiasm for its customers.
- Support daily store operations and help resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Prior retail team-leader and key-holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.10 to USD 23.35 per hour.
