Tommy Hilfiger Floor Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Maximize associate productivity by ensuring consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist in developing associates through coaching, feedback, and training on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Communicate statistical results and key performance indicators at team meetings to drive individual and store performance
• Train and monitor direct replenishment and inventory recovery processes to optimize stock availability
• Execute markdowns, merchandise resets, and visual presentations in accordance with brand standards and company directives
• Maintain store security, safety awareness, and cleanliness throughout the retail environment
• Conduct store opening and closing procedures; manage inventory receiving and shipment processing
• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new store associates
• Participate in weekly management meetings and quarterly staff meetings to align on business objectives

Qualifications

• Proven retail or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service best practices
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and motivate retail staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data, conversion rates, units per transaction, and other key performance metrics
• Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Retail or customer-facing supervisory experience, preferably in a branded retail environment or multi-unit retail operation. Experience recruiting, training, and developing retail associates and managing sales floor operations is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or coursework is preferred.
