Tommy Hilfiger seeks an energetic Floor Supervisor to lead sales floor operations and drive exceptional customer experiences in its Kansas City retail location. In this part-time supervisory role, the candidate will take ownership of opening and closing the store, coach associates in real-time, execute daily sales goals, and promote brand standards while fostering an inclusive team environment. The ideal Floor Supervisor combines strong retail leadership experience with the ability to inspire customers and colleagues alike.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and support the creation of a motivating, inclusive team environment
• Take ownership of opening and closing the store, including key holder responsibilities
• Coach associates in real-time on sales techniques, customer service and brand standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm, engaging interactions that build brand loyalty
• Process new inventory, restock shelves, perform cashiering and complete additional sales floor tasks
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold brand presentation across the retail environment
• Support store management in executing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
