Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Floor Supervisor in Houston, Texas, to lead sales-floor activity, drive daily sales goals, open and close the store, coach associates and support store operations. The role also includes customer engagement, inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering; a flexible schedule includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, helpful customer experience that encourages sales and builds brand affinity.
- Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
- Drive daily sales goals and performance.
- Coach sales associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves and operate the cash register.
- Support daily store operations and help foster a motivating, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
